By accessing or using this Site, mobile application or other LTV Spot products or services on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, "Device"), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered monthly user of the SOP Library. LTV SPOT may change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. When we make changes, we will post them here. Your continued use of the LTV SPOT Services or enrollment as a monthly user of the SOP Library shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this Site or any Fem Things Services and immediately cancel your SOP Library Membership by emailing info@ltvspot.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or Services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Small Footprint Press LLC”s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:modify or copy the materials;use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Small Footprint Press LLC’s website;remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Small Footprint Press LLC at any time. 8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. LTV SOP Whitelabel License Membership

When making a purchase with LTV SPOT you have the option to also accept an additional free 7-days or 3-days to access the Whitelabel License and all our products at checkout. Upon acceptance of this additional item offer you will immediately become a member of our exclusive LTV SPOT membership club! With this offer you will gain access to our whitelabel license and all our products, depending on your membership tier. As a thank you for joining we will delay your first Membership Billing for either 3, or 7 days, but you will have full membership privileges from your original date of purchase.

After your first Membership Billing, we (or our third party payment processor) will begin billing your designated payment method monthly or biannually on a recurring basis for your Membership (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your Membership continues, unless you cancel your Membership. Your membership may be cancelled at any time by emailing us at info@ltvspot.com.

If you choose to create an Account, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the LTV SPOT registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. LTV SPOT offers members the opportunity to to add your own branding to the checklist, all the SOPs, Templates & Tools until you cancel. You can cancel hassle-free at any time by emailing info@ltvspot.com (the "Membership Club"). To become an LTV SPOT Member, simply sign up on the LTV SPOT website or through a LTV SPOT exclusive offer and you will be automatically enrolled in the LTV SPOT Membership Program (including the monthly, automatic purchase feature).

If you do not cancel your membership, your credit card will be charged an automatic membership fee of $19.87/month or $49/ month quarterly until you cancel. This purchase each month automatically gives you access to the use the Whitelabel License any time. You may cancel your LTV SPOT Membership at any time by emailing info@ltvspot.com. Please be advised that your Account may only be canceled by the registered LTV SPOT Member or the holder of the valid credit card on file related to your Account.

LTV SPOT customer accounts that have canceled billing for at least 3 months, but still have saved shopping carts, electronic access to products or custom account modifications may be charged a refundable $1.87 per month fee to keep the account active and preserve access to all personal account preferences past our 3 month grace period.

If you would like us to remove all of your account information, including electronic access to products or custom account modifications, and refund the account maintenance fee, please just send us an email at info@ltvspot.com

10. Purchase Cancellations

All orders placed through any LTV SPOT Services are subject to LTV SPOTs' acceptance. This means that LTV SPOT may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, LTV SPOT will issue you a refund.

You must complete this cancellation survey form in order to receive a refund or cancel your membership, failure to submit your survey in a timely manner before the money back guarantee ends or your trial is over may result in you not being able to receive a refund or being charged during the next billing cycle. Once your survey has been received our customer service can begin to process your cancellation/refund request.

We may offer you a replacement product in lieu for a refund. By accepting this offer, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund.

11. No Membership Fees for the first 3 days

LTV SPOT may, from time to time, to the extent legally permitted, offer no membership fees for the first 7 days of a Membership. The terms and conditions of such an offer will be communicated to you when you start your membership.

12. Automatic Renewal

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

13. Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date which is shown on the my account page or email at info@ltvspot.com. Any cancellation received with less than thirty (30) days until the next billing date will not be effective until the following billing period and you will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription.

14. Dispute Resolutions

Use of the LTV SPOT Services, membership in the LTV SPOT Membership Program, any purchases made through the LTV SPOT Services, and any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the LTV SPOT Services, your membership in or purchases through the LTV SPOT Services, LTV SPOT Membership Program and/or your Account, or products purchased through the LTV SPOT Services shall be governed by the laws of your home state of residence without respect to its choice (or conflict) of laws rules.

Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to LTV SPOT or the LTV SPOT Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose.

15. Class Action Waiver

Both you and LTV SPOT waive the right to bring any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the LTV SPOT Services, your membership or purchases through the LTV SPOT Membership Program and/or your Account, or products purchased through the LTV SPOT Services as a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action, or to participate in a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action regarding any such claim brought by anyone else. (This waiver, and the similar waiver specified for arbitration proceedings, are generally referred to herein as "the class action waiver."

16. Agreement to Arbitrate Claims

Except to the limited extent noted below, use of the LTV SPOT Services, membership in the LTV SPOT Membership Program, any purchases made through the LTV SPOT Services, and any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Fem Things Services, your membership in or purchases through the LTV SPOT Membership Program, or products purchased through the LTV SPOT Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration between you and LTV SPOT .

16. Premium Membership

We Do Not Offer a Money Back Guarantee on The Premium Membership Due to the Instant Nature of the Value Received When Gaining Access to All Our Products.
